WHO urges rich countries to donate as it faces huge shortfall of corona vaccines

The United Nations-backed COVAX program is trying to secure coronavirus vaccines for low and middle-income countries. The head of the World Health Organisation says it's facing a huge shortfall of 190 million doses because of tight supplies and a global surge in cases.
