As Australia cautiously emerges from COVID-19 lockdowns, it’s time to feel the festivity and share the joy.
SBS Hindi will celebrate the festive spirit by asking children aged 3 to 13 to send us a video to share their special Diwali wishes with everyone.
This Diwali will be different, but one thing is for sure we would like to celebrate it with enthusiasm and cheer.
Let us get together, virtually, to wish everyone well and hope for a good year, and spread a message of resilience and triumph over the darkness of the pandemic-induced upheavals faced in life.
Regardless of the ever-changing circumstances, let the messages remind us of love, family, positivity, and celebration.
SBS Hindi is giving away $100 gift vouchers to two lucky winners who enter our Diwali-special giveaway for kids ahead of the festival of lights.
All you have to do is create a short video of your kid/kids wishing Diwali for a chance to win the vouchers.
-Answer this simple question: HOW DO YOU CELEBRATE DIWALI?
-Children aged 3 to 13 years can participate in the competition.
-You can make a single video if you have more than one child.
-Please ensure the kids are dressed in traditional Indian wear.
-The video message should be recorded in Hindi and should not be more than 30 seconds long.
