After months of non-stop cricket that included playing in the Indian Premier League (IPL) and the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019, Team India has a packed schedule ahead for 2019-20.
Team India will play a mix of tournaments at home and abroad in the coming months, however, with the upcoming Twenty-20 World Cup scheduled to play in Australia in October 2020, a lot of T20 games have been scheduled in the coming months.
Let’s take a look at Team India’s schedule:
INDIA VS WEST INDIES
India will first travel to the United States and the Caribbean to play an ODI, T20 and Test series against the West Indies.
India will play three Twenty-twenty games against West Indies on August 3, 4 and 6 before kicking off the One-Day International series on August 8. The next two ODIs have been scheduled for August 11 and 14.
India will then play two Tests against West Indies from Aug 22-26 and Aug 30-Sept 3.
INDIA VS SOUTH AFRICA
After their return from the Caribbean, Team India is scheduled to play three T20 against South Africa followed by the Gandhi-Mandela Test series at home.
The three T20s will be played on 15, 18 and 22 September respectively.
The Gandhi-Mandela Test series kicks off on Gandhi Jayanti (Mahatma Gandhi’s birthday) on October 2.
The second Test is scheduled from October 10-14 and the third Test from October 19-23.

INDIA VS BANGLADESH
After a short Diwali break, Team India will be back on the ground for series at home against Bangladesh.
Neighbouring Bangladesh will tour India for three T20s and two Test matches.
India will play three T20s against Bangladesh on November 3, 7 and 10 respectively.
First Test will be played from November 14-18 and the second one is scheduled from November 22-26.
INDIA VS WEST INDIES
This time the West Indies Cricket Team will travel to India for three T20s and three ODIs.
Three T20s are scheduled on December 6, 8 and 11 respectively while three ODIs will be played on December 15, 18 and 22.
INDIA VS ZIMBABWE
After a short break for the Christmas and New Year holiday period, Team India will play against Zimbabwe on January 5, 7 and 10.

INDIA VS AUSTRALIA
Right after, it will be time for India vs Australia. Australia will tour India in mid-January for three ODIs.
The first ODI is scheduled to be played in Mumbai on January 14, second in Rajkot on January 17 and third in Bengaluru on January 19.
INDIA VS NEW ZEALAND
After their ODI series with Australia, India will head to New Zealand for a long season of cricket with the Kiwis.
India will play five T20s against New Zealand on January 24, 26, 29, 31 and February 2 followed by three ODIs on February on 5, 8 and 11.
Team India will then play two Tests against hosts Kiwis from February 21-25 and February 29-March 4.
INDIA VS SOUTH AFRICA
South Africa will return to India to play three ODIs scheduled on March 12, 15 and 18.
