The debate over the legality of marijuana

Experts say the decriminalisation of marijuana is essential to avoid racial discrimination whilst, at the same time, protecting the police. But there's a distinction to be made between decriminalisation and legalisation. Some members of parliament say this approach doesn't go far enough, while law enforcement officials say it's too loose.
