歐盟安全部門 EEAS 向歐洲各國的外交官和軍人發出警告，指約有250名中國和200名俄羅斯間諜，在位於布魯塞爾的歐盟總部四周活動，這些間諜主要在所屬國家的使館和商會工作。
警告提醒外交人員對附近的用膳和消遣場所要特別小心，並點名不要前去一間扒房和咖啡店。
報導說，除了中國與俄國外，美國和摩洛哥的間諜活動也很活躍。
中俄間諜布魯塞爾活動頻繁
據德國「世界報」引述匿名外交官員報導，由於有數百名中國和俄羅斯間諜活躍於比利時首都布魯塞爾，因此歐盟安全部門要求有關人等必須提高警覺。
