聯邦工黨推出興建廉租房屋計劃

聯邦工黨計劃，興建25萬個新的可負擔房屋，為低收入租屋者每個月節省數百元的租金開支。

工黨領袖索頓將會在今日舉行的全國大會中宣佈上述計劃，在10年內斥資66億元，增加澳洲的可負擔房屋供應。

他表示，工黨一旦當選執政，將會每年向興建新房屋的投資者撥款8,500元，條件是這些投資者需要向中低收入澳洲人以市價八成的金額，出租房屋。
