香蕉

酒後吃一些香蕉,能增加血糖濃度,降低酒精在血液中的比例,達到解酒目的。同時,它還能消除心悸、胸悶等症狀。

蜂蜜

蜂蜜中含有一種特殊的成分,可以促進酒精的分解吸收,減輕頭痛症狀,尤其是紅酒引起的頭痛。蜂蜜吐司也是很好的選擇。

梨子

取梨子2至3個洗凈切片搗成泥狀,用紗布包裹壓榨出汁飲服。

牛奶

牛奶含有鹼的成分能中合酸性酒精,對宿醉有幫助。尤其是巧克力牛奶更佳,因為它含有的黑糖,牛磺酸和兒茶素有助於分解酒精。

雞蛋

雞蛋含有甲硫氨酸能促進酒精分解,也因為富有各種礦物質,有助於精力恢复。

分解酒精時一定需要水,當身體的水分不夠時,容易出現宿醉的情狀,所以喝足充分水分,對於減輕頭痛、暈眩等症狀有幫助。

咖啡

意大利人相信咖啡是宿醉的解葯。的確,咖啡可以促進血液循環。

噹然,最好的解酒方法還是少喝,畢竟喝酒傷身!
