【出海小心】遇溺死亡急升24%

报告显示，澳洲人在海滩遇溺死亡的人数急升24%。

全国海岸安全报告显示，截至6月前一年时间内，有130人在海边遇溺死亡，当中89%是男性，大部分人的年龄在30岁以下。

澳洲拯溺会表示，近年气温炎热，多了人到海边，但认为悲剧可以避免。

拯溺会发言人说，有37%的遇溺死亡个案，发生在距离救生员监察范围超过5公里，报告亦指出，只有44%人在有救生员当值的泳滩或者时间出海游水。
