At the end, it calls to "Save Australian culture," and claims "Australia is Asia."
The Chinese investor Mr Yancheng Wang, whose property site was featured on the billboard ads, tells SBS that it was the second time he found this poster on his billboard.
Mr Wang says he reported it to the police last time but that nothing was done.
"It makes me angry and upset at the same time," says Mr Wang.
Mr Wang says he does not know who the perpetrators are and finds that the poster does not fit with his own experience of living in Australia.
"I always think Australia is a friendly country," he says. "My business has also been following local laws and regulations."
The incident comes as one of the biggest ever surveys conducted on racism and prejudice in Australia, commissioned by SBS along with Western Sydney University, finds that one in five Australians has experienced racism in the last 12 months.
The survey was undertaken for a new SBS documentary, Is Australia Racist? one of a number of programs to be shown on SBS from Sunday 26 February to Sunday 5 March as a part of #FU2Racism Face Up To Racism Week – a week during which SBS will explore, expand and challenge Australia’s understanding of racism and prejudice today.
