Some people spend years seeking answers to the questions; ‘Why did I do that to them?’ ‘Why did you do that to me?’ Bullying touches most of us at some point in our lives. Over six episodes, asks how we can better tackle this pervasive issue in our schools, workplaces and online. Hear personal testimonies that reveal what motivates bullies, what support victims need, and what it takes to heal.

Harmful will look at the devastating effects that bullying can have on the lives of those it impacts. We ask what causes us to become bullies, and what it takes for victims to heal.

Over six episodes, you'll hear from people who are standing up against bullying in our schools, workplaces and online.

Specialists in mental health, behaviour and education provide insights on how we can better tackle this issue.

Victims and people who have been bullies will also share their personal testimonies in the hope that their stories can raise awareness, inspire conversation, and create change.

Harmful podcast has been recognised as an official honouree in the 2023 Webbys Awards in the category of ‘Podcasts - Health, Science & Education’.
