Ingredients
- 1 store-bought pizza base
- 1–2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 truss tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 bocconcini cheese balls, sliced
- 50 g (½ cup) grated tasty or mozzarella cheese
- handful basil leaves
- green salad, to serve
Instructions
- Preheat the oven 200˚C. Place the pizza base on a baking paper lined baking tray.
- Spread the base with tomato paste and top with the sliced tomato, bocconcini and grated cheese. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until the base is golden and crisp and the cheese is melted and bubbling. Scatter with the basil leaves, slice and serve with a green salad.
