Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp tahini paste
- 2-3 pieces sundried tomato
- 1 can chickpeas, drained
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- Pinch of salt
- Juice from half a lemon
- Ground cumin, to taste
- Ground clove, to taste
- Flatbread or vegetable sticks, to serve
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until fairly smooth. If too thick, loosen with a small amount of water or more olive oil.
- Serve with chapati, naan bread, pita or vegetable sticks.
