Ingredients
- 65 ml chilled vodka
- 4 sweet strawberries, sliced
- 15 ml Fraise de Boise liqueur
- 65-80 ml cranberry juice
- 2 mini lamingtons (2cm x 2cm approx.), to serve
Instructions
- Muddle the vodka with the strawberries. Add a little crushed ice. Add the Fraise de Boise liqueur and cranberry juice, shake to mix.
- Pour into glasses. Skewer a mini lamington and place over glass rim.
