Ingredients
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
- 100 g chopped almonds
- 50 g chopped pistachios
- 50 g shredded coconut
- 60 g dried cranberries
- 1 tsp salt flakes
- 180 g honey
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
- Mix all the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl
- Heat honey in a small saucepan or in the microwave until runny. Pour over the nuts and combine well
- Pour mixture into a lined rectangular slice tray and bake for 20 minutes.
- Cool, then cut into bars. You could decorate these by mixing some yoghurt and icing sugar and drizzling over the bars.
