Ingredients
- 27 Oreo Classic Cookies
- 3 cups chocolate ice-cream, softened
- 3 cups vanilla ice-cream, softened
- 110 g Cadbury Crunchie Sprinkles (or substitute other confectionery pieces)
- Candles and decoration, as desired
Freezing time: 2-3 hours.
Instructions
- Line a 20 cm cake pan or springform pan with baking paper (ensure the lining comes 5 cm above the top of the tin).
- Arrange Oreos over the base and around the bottom edge of the pan. Spread the chocolate ice cream over the base and sprinkle with one sachet of the Crunchie Sprinkles. Freeze until firm.
- Spread the vanilla ice cream over the choc base then top with the remaining sprinkles. Freeze until firm. Decorate as desired.
