Ingredients
- 4 tbsp self-raising flour
- Pinch of salt
- 6 tbsp chai tea powder
- 3 tbsp coconut oil, heated into liquid form
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Spray one large or two medium-sized mugs with cooking spray.
- Mix flour, salt, and chai tea powder together.
- Stir in the egg, coconut oil and 3 tbsp water until combined.
- Fill mug or mugs to halfway and cook in the microwave on high for 3 minutes. Serve immediately with a spoon.
