Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 lemon wedge
- extra-virgin olive oil, to drizzle
- balsamic vinegar, to drizzle
- coarse sea salt, to season
- fresh ground pepper, to season
Instructions
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Season each half with lemon juice, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper and serve with toast, crackers, or breadsticks.
