Ingredients
- ½ pineapple, peeled, cored and finely chopped
- 5 spring onion, thinly sliced
- 3 -5 chillies, finely chopped
- 3 limes, juiced
- 1 bunch coriander, coarsely chopped
- Salt, to taste
