How to make whipped coffee
This “whipped cream” is made from just instant coffee, sugar and water
The process is simple, just bite the ears off of your hollowed-out chocolate bunny of choice, and fill with ice cubes and milk, then top with the instant coffee whip and a straw for stirring. This only works with iced coffee for fairly obvious reasons, but if you’ve got kids or don’t like coffee, a milkshake, iced chocolate, iced chai or any kind of flavoured milky drink works a treat. Decaf instant coffee is also a great workaround if you want to try the whip without the hit.
