Celebrating 20 years in the sun (or rather, the dark) the is back for another summer installment.
More than 60 global street food stalls and festival bars will feature alongside over 130 artisan fashion and homewares traders to make hump day all the better.
The 21-week season kicked off last Wednesday 15 November and will run through until 11 April 2018.
With so many food stalls on offer, we understand that indecision and subsequent FOMO are very real prospects, so we’ve taken the liberty of breaking down a few of the highlights.
1. New kids on the block Poke Doke are plating up the Instagram-friendly sushi doughnut alongside some raw fish poke bowls (hashtag #poke and #doughnut for added impact).2. Camberwell’s Peruvian street food crew Pachamanca are serving authentic ensaladas and Anticuchos (marinated meat skewers) among other South American treats.3. Korean street food vendors Gangnam Pocha are cooking up Seoul-style snacks such as spicy rice cakes, sweet and spicy deep-fried chicken and sweet potato noodles.
