Italian food lovers rejoice. Rockpool Dining Group’s Fratelli Fresh is expanding again, this time bringing its Neapolitan pizzas, pasta, gelato and rotisserie-roasted meats to Darling Harbour. The venue is the eighth Sydney venue launched under the hip Fratelli Fresh brand and it’s huge, seating up to 550 patrons and offering take away options too.Drop everything and hustle down there for a coffee because the first 2500 coffees will be served in a special Fratelli Fresh KeepCup. The KeepCup entitles the owner to $1 coffees for 30 days and discounted coffee ever after.

Food emporium
If you miss out, rest assured that the custom Mecca coffee blend isn’t the only thing worth rushing for. This being Fratelli Fresh, it’s really all about the food and the Darling Harbour emporium doesn’t disappoint. Specialist food areas inside the vast emporium serve up Italian favourites like fresh salads, pastas, Roman-style pizza by the slice, plus innovative rotisserie and grill dishes.An impressive gelato bar tempts with 15 flavours, including Snickerone, caramelised fig and mascarpone, almond, Nutella, and mint choc chip.

There’s also a decadent dessert bar and cioccolateria, serving up , tortas, , , , hand-made , chocolate bars and , all created by Italian Head Pasty Chef, .“We’ve designed it to be a very interactive and immersive space, with menus that cover every meal of the day,” says Rockpool Dining Group Chief Executive Officer, Thomas Pash. “There is a fantastic calendar of workshops, classes and tastings led by Fratelli chefs and our premium partners.”

Australia's first Campari bar
The Italian cocktail favourite Campari is one such partner, leading to Australia’s first Campari Bar. The cheery bar showcases an impressive line-up of cocktails, including seven spritzes and six negronis available on tap. If cocktails aren’t your thing, over 80 Australian and Italian wines by the bottle are available via the on-site vinoteca.The Fratelli Darling Harbour menu also showcases premium produce from local partners, including Vannella Cheese, Salumi Australia, Sonoma Bakery and Mecca Coffee.
